SIL had a show today. She is 38wks and has a few complications, ie fibroid and Strp B. I did not have a show until I was in labour with both mine so I wasn't sure what to say to her. Any info/experience?

Thanks

I had my first show about 9 weeks before I had DS2....

Good luck to your SIL, sounds like things are deffo going in the right direction! (Fingers crossed it isn't another 9 weeks for her!! lol)

Forgot to say it's her first. It defo won't go on that long as she is in so much pain with fibroid they will induce her the next time she goes in but of course she would rather go herself.

I had my dhow 4 days before DD was born. Got them when my waters broke. And she was only born because they then induced me so no telling how long she would have stayed in there...

Good Luck to your SIL- hopefully won't be long now!

I had a show on my due date and thought, right this is it, I'm having my baby today but dd didn't arrive until a week later!

Had my show on the Tuesday and dd was born on late Thursday night/Friday morning.
