26 wks prg andstomach sore tender, also had a few spots of blood yesterday.

Just looking for advice really, Im not in agony or anything just tender and uncomfortable. Had a few spots of blood yesterday but none since. Is this just the baby getting bigger or shld I get checked out? This is my 2nd pregnancy and cant really remember this stage at all. Just feeling really tired and slightly off.

my tummy is tender too (20 weeks) but i have a placenta thing(lakes of blood on it) that will make it feel sore. any bleeding should be checked, even if its after sex or something like that.

Never had bleeding before and havent had sex in ages cos I keep getting thrush and passing it to dp. Think Im much more tender this time cos my appendix burst last year and bits had to be removed plus lots of bowel so lots of lesions down there.

I would defo give hospital a ring and go in and get checked ou! is baby moving well?
