Hi mamas, I had my dc via c section exactly 1 week ago. When my waters broke at the time they were dark green so baby had pooped in the amniotic fluid.
Forgive me for the TMI -
I have just gone to the toilet and saw I passed a strange brown circular substance
( not dissimilar to a soft jelly like meatball) with a seaweed like green tail. I called the post natal unit where I had my baby and the lady on the phone seemed to think it might be meconium still passing out.
But the way she spoke sounded a bit dismissive which didn’t fill me with confidence. Has anyone experienced something like this before? If so what was it?
