Faint line but spotting

Sorry if I'm in the wrong spot! I took a first response 2 days ago that way completely negative. I retested today out of curiosity and there is a faint pink line. I'm worried however because I'm currently spotting lightly. Did anyone have spotting early pregnancy and go onto to have a healthy baby? Also can you see the line?

I can see the line yes, how's the spotting now op? Is it heavy or just a few drops? I experienced spotting with both my pregnancys, I beleive its normal.

@PoniesAnndProsecco it only started today and was light red when I wiped on the toilet. No flow it seems not sure if its stopped yet. Do you think its possible the line is an indent? Its pink in person but I've never had a positive before so I'm in denial.

@PoniesAnndProsecco may I ask how long your spotting lasted and what colour it was?

To me, it looks like a deffinate positive. I would retest later today and tomorrow morning . The bleeding lasted a few hours for me but I beleive it can last longer. It was accompanied by some strong cramping (this was just my symptom it could be entirely different for you op). The blood was very light, it was most noticeable on toilet roll or a couple of spots in my underwear.

@PoniesAnndProsecco thank you so much im secretly getting excited. Currently doing a four hold to test again. Hoping the bleeding goes away soon. I know implantation can last a couple days but its worrying. I appreciate your replies!

I had exactly the same OP. Had a few days light spotting when wiping when my period was due abs a generally uncomfortable lower abdomen. My test also looked like that I did go on to have multiple bleeds during the early stages of pregnancy which was stressful but the result of that pregnancy is currently next to me watching tv!

So I couldn't help it and I tested again on a 2 hours hold. Its darker and was there almost instantly. Is this real?!

It can go either way in my experience. I’ve had spotting with healthy pregnancies but also had chemical pregnancies with lines like this. Hopefully you’ve just got some implantation spotting

@PoniesAnndProsecco spotting has stopped. It only lasted like 2 hours however my test this morning was completely negative. I'm unfortunately one of the only people I know to get an actual false positive. Even if it was a chemical I imagine there would be some line?

I have a blood test tomorrow to check all my hormone levels which includes hcg but I'm expecting it to be negative.

There is a vvfl on the test from this morning but I think its an indent

I would imagine it's an early positive? It would be super unlikely to have three false positives surely? Good luck with your blood test today op, I hope you get some answers.

I had to reschedule my blood test for in a couple days as I was unable to go at the time. I took another clear blue early detection with first morning urine and it looks negative to me. I'm also still bleeding lightly so maybe its a chemical? Either that or I got 2 false positives. Included pics of the clear blue but I'm pretty sure its just negative.

@Lineyes21 I suppose it’s hard to compare as they are different to the FRER tests you were using. Those last ones so look negative though, I’m sorry 💐

Probably won't buy first response again. I don't think I was pregnant at all and they were false positives

Hi there, I am actively trying to conceive and I am now 4 days late. Pregnancy test was negative 2 days late. I had pelvic cramps and very tender breasts in the lead up to being late. Today I had a headache and I've still got very sore breasts and I had a minor amount of pale pink spotting which isn't get any more frequent, in fact it's disappearing! I've got that achey pelvic feeling where it feels like a period is on its way. The worst thing of all is my awful mood swings. I feel really low.
I usually get pms but nowhere near as bad as this. Does this sound like pregnancy to you or just a delayed, bad period? Thanks x

Could be either really. Have you done another test?
