Bleeding at 14weeks+3

Hello, I am in need of some advice.
This is my first pregnancy, I have had bleeding on and off now since 11weeks. I have had three occasions where it has been bright red. So I managed to get my scan abit earlier due to the bleeding and I was 12weeks, baby was fine. I wasn't given any reason for the bleed, but it's still continuing. Most of the time it's light and brown, but yesterday it was dark red and its really starting to worry me now.
As its a Sunday, I was going to phone my doctors tomorrow and get them to take me more seriously as last time I phoned, I was just told to rest and get a scan. I don't have any numbers for a midwife either, so I am not sure what to do. I have no pains with it, no cramping, no clots, nothing its just blood. I can have it for a week and then it'll go for 2-3days and then it will start again.
Has anyone had anything similar and still had a good outcome? I am so scared and anxious.

I don’t have any experience, but could you call 111 and see if they can get a midwife or doctor to speak to you?

I've had spotting twice so far, I got a private scan in the end and they said I had a small haematoma visible in the uterus. I had another private scan a couple weeks ago and the haematoma is still there even though I've had no spotting since. So they said it's possible I could have more spotting in coming weeks.

The private sonographer was lovely, you've prob been told the same, but she said no sex until 2 weeks after spotting has stopped, no large amounts of physical exertion or lifting, and also I've been having showers instead of baths. The EPU didn't tell me any of this when I called, in fact didn't seem too worried unless it was heavy red blood. But being in limbo waiting is horrible

When it first started happening, I phoned 111, and they got an out of hours GP to phone me and all they said was rest and get a scan booked. Same with my GP when I phoned them the following Monday. I phoned the hospital and they managed to get me in a couple days earlier for my scan, nothing was picked up, was told everything was normal. I am definitely gonna push the GP tomorrow to look at me and make sure everythings okay. Also will phone the hospital again if nothing gets resolved by tomorrow. It does tend to slow down during the day, and only visible when I wipe, but at night it gets abit heavier, I assumed that was because Iam laying down.
Can I ask is a haematoma dangerous?
Would be nice to find a cause to the bleeding to put my mind at ease.
Thank you both for replying Smile

@Apollooo I was told a haematoma can sometimes be dangerous if it's larger than the foetus or interfering with placenta. But they said mine wasn't - and that they can be common especially at times when the placenta is bedding in more.

If it's a haematoma that would have been seen on your scan. I see them fairly often.
Have they examined your cervix? I had bleeding in early pregnancy, usually bright red and was found to have a cervical polyp which had grown due to pregnancy hormones and would bleed every now and again.
It was removed at 20 weeks.
Often a cause for bleeding isn't always seen on the scan but that being said, you shouldn't ignore it either.
Hope you get sorted and all's well.

I had cervical ersosion/ectropian in both pregnancies which caused bleeding. It's basically where cells from inside your cervix grow on the outside, which can cause pain during sex etc and also bleeding.

Completely harmless but was worrying at the time.

I had severe bleeding with clots at 15+2 and that pregnancy is now an 18 year old. I was told no pain is good

Thank you all so much for the replies.
I went to the hospital today to get checked over, and I was given the all clear! Cant find a cause for the bleeding, Even got to see the baby again too
It's such a relief, wish I went sooner
