What do you drink?

I’m off to a wedding tomorrow and really not sure what to order to drink. My usual go to non-alcoholic drink is blackcurrant and soda, but it gets quite boring after a few and I expect it to be a long day!
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

I went teetotal over 3 years ago. Usually have 1 or 2 soft drinks (coke/fanta etc) at meal times, plain water or tea/coffee the rest of the time.

I like lime & soda, ginger ale & lime or a J20. They may also have some alcohol free lager/cider at the wedding.

So depends if you’re completely dry or not - my DH got into tonic water with a dash of bitters when he couldn’t drink prior to surgery. It isn’t completely alcohol free as bitters have alcohol in them, but a dash means it’s a trace amount. Makes it a more interesting choice than just tonic water on its own

Sparkling water
Appletise
Squash
They might be doing some mocktails

Enjoy the wedding!

Virgin mojito. I don't get any sugar syrup in them so lessens the sickly sweetness that happens after other non alcoholic options.

It's different at a wedding I know but you don't have to go drink for drink with the alcohol drinkers. I know you feel like you need to keep up but there's no need. I'd just have a diet coke when I was thirsty.

I like a lemonade shandy made with non alcoholic beer. It is pretty tasty and it makes me feel like I'm having a proper drink if I'm in a pub. Not sure how wedding-appropriate, though!

Lime and soda sounds nice and refreshing this time of year, too.

Some places have non-alcoholic fruit ciders which I've been enjoying this summer Smile otherwise I tend to just go for coke/appletiser.
