10 week scan

I have Hypremesis and have been really struggling to stay positive so paid for a private scan. I also have ongoing issues and fibroids. On the day of the scan by lmp I would be 10+2 scan dated 9+6. Not worried about this as was reassured it's normal to measure a bit out at this stage.

I'm probably being irrational due to feeling so crap but I always had this niggly feeling I was having twins. Sonographer said definitely one...

Saw the heartbeat flickering on the screen and was delighted to see some wriggles.

My other worry is that (yes I'm aware how odd this sounds) I saw baby wriggling arm/leg buds but back of baby was stuck to sac? I've seen scan videos online and baby visably wriggles up and there is a clear definition between baby and sac.

Thoughts appreciated! Photo attached

Did you ask the sonographer? Sometimes they don't move at all during scans, it's nit picking a bit to be wondering why it was lying down. If there were twins it would have been obvious.

I see normal scan. Also, the scan may seem like its touching the sac, but that's does not mean there is not a small gap there. Its just a fuzzy scan picture. If the sonographer said its all good, then try to enjoy the experience.

Garman I didn't ask to be honest It was an afterthought after watching clip back at home. During scan I was just focusing on trying not to puke and taking it all in in such a brief period of time.

Thanks helpdesk I know I'm probably being over the top and over thinking what you say makes sense.
