I'm not worried about the alcohol content, but I read somewhere that beer needs to be pasteurised? It never says on the back if it's pasteurised, so I am guessing it's ok and I'm just being paranoid?

You're definitely being paranoid! I've been drinking alcohol free beer the whole time, it's fine!

Totally fine, yes you are being paranoid. Fresh fruit juices contain a tiny amount of alcohol, like tiny, and we give those to children!

I hope so, I've just had one 😂 I think from what little attention I've paid to my DP going on about craft beer is that some of them brew in a way that isn't pasteurised. My understanding is that mainstream lagers are made in high-tech ways that do use heat treatment and then there are ways of adapting that to make our low/no alcohol beers.

But I don't know for sure- hopefully somebody else who know more will come along but I deffo wouldn't be worrying.

Food packaging etc will state if it's 'unpasteurised' not when it's pasturised.

Some say when it is but if it doesn't state then it is. I think there is some law or guidance around or having to declare an unpasteurised product.

I've had 4 of them over the weekend! As @8dpwoah said I'm fairly sure a big brand wouldn't risk putting out unpasteurised beer on the market.
However if your neighbour offers you some non-alcoholic home brew... I'd pass.
