Evening all, wondering if anyone can help. Iām 23 weeks and for the past 2/3 weeks I am completely wired when I get into bed and although physically exausted canāt fall asleep. Iāve tried going to bed earlier, going to bed later but whatever I do Iām lying wide awake for hours. Not ideal when I have a 3 and 6 year olds as a 6am alarm clock.
Has anyone found anything that helps with this?
