Advice please

Hi all
I am 5 +5 weeks pregnant. Had a laparoscopy in April pending ivf in August/sept they found one tube blocked with fluid so closed it off not to affect ivf chances.
Told we may conceive ourselves and so we did
Last week went to hospital cuz I had a pain.
They examined me and called me back the next day for a scan where they saw a sac but no yolk or a tiny yolk. Took bloods two days apart and they have doubled.
Got a call this morning as they want me to come in for another scan tomorrow as concerned about ectopic
I questioned being able to see sac in uterus and they did not say much seemed very vague on the phone
She said she doesn't think the pregnancy will go anywhere and they are waiting to see if hcg bloods will stabilise or drop.
I'm very confused by it all really as I feel it doesn't make sense and wanted to see has anyone been in this situation before

When I had my ectopic last year, they told me that I did have a sac without a yolk at 4+5, but then later admitted that there was a gap in my uterus that they assumed was a sac but might not actually have been. I’m not suggesting that this is what is happening to you though. Unfortunately as crappy as it is, it really is a waiting game. I hope you get some answers soon, and fingers crossed it’s the one that you want. Best of luck xx

Yes the doc was adamant things won't progress just want answers i guess but hopefully will know more after the scan tomorrow
