Belly button!

Feel so stupid writing this! I had a inbetween belly button before pregnancy. I’m so concerned about during pregnancy how much it will stick out and what it will look like afterwards. It’s already protruding at 20 weeks.

Mine stuck out too. Went back normal afterwards. I used to tape it flat with Elastoplast under tops and dresses

Mine was quite deep and it popped out when I was pregnant. It's firmly inward again now but definitely wider than it was!

Mine has always remained an inny, even with our huge twins. If I'm bent forward it makes a good effort to stick out but I carry enough fat round my middle for it to go back again.

Mine went almost back to normal after my daughter, back to being an innie. It popped out much much earlier this time with my second though.

I’ve always had an innie, but for weeks now it’s become a proper outy! Sticks out so much everyone comments on it as it shows through my tops. I’m now 32 weeks.

I had this with my 3 previous babies but it always went back to normal once my bump had deflated after babies were born.

I had a normal innie prior to pregnancy. Mine popped around 30 weeks. Now it’s gone back in but I’d say it’s “wider” than before, like it’s just a bigger hole 😂

Because I work in a job now where I stand and give lectures in front of lots of people (sometimes young people) and it made me feel very conscious standing there in my nice maternity dress and having it stick out. It was very obvious. I obviously didn't do it at home or with friends

I never knew anyone taped belly buttons down until I read this thread, Ive never thought anything of my huge pregnancy outtie when it sticks through clothes, assumed that was normal! My DD3 loves it and is very impressed with it

Im not at the stage yet where I need to tape it but I would if it was showing through my top, I don't like how that looks at all. I had a really deep indie before pregnancy and it's popped now but because it was so deep before it's just flush with my belly now rather than protruding out.
