4 weeks 2 positives tests

Hey just asking if this is normal, I'm 2 days late for my cycle, and tested positive twice, but for the last 4 days I've had cramping mostly early morning with nausea, but today I also had it during the day, no bleeding or anything...? Should I be concerned?

Cramping in early pregnancy is common & usually nothing serious:

If this is your only symptoms & it's not severe I wouldn't be concerned. I've had stomach pains/cramping from finding out I was pregnant, I'm now 23 weeks & still get some pain most days. There's a lot of stretching going on in your pelvis even at this early stage.

I had cramping for the whole first trimester.
