Hi All

37+3 and baby's head engaged, mw said still to use birthing ball as will help get baby in best position (which way to lie and face). Do you use it everyday?- how long far? and do you literally just bounce on it?

I think the idea is more to kind of roll - gentle circles with your hips, while sitting up straight.

Mmmm, must go and sit on mine (I'm not pg)

I find mine very comfortable to put my legs up on in the evening and dd likes to play with it.....
Hmmmm I am 39+3 so perhaps I had better start bouncing/rolling on it instead.

kelbel - I was having strong braxton hicks last night and I actually bounced on it (up and down like one of those children's toy ones) and it made me feel much better (but BHs also went away so maybe not what you want...)

Usually I just sort of gyrate my pelvis on it in a bit of an Elvis way IYKWIM - I think that is supposed to encourage the baby to move down
