Painful prick in vagina when baby moves?

Hi everyone
As you can see in the title I'm have the worst pain in my vagina / pee hole and I think its when my baby moves but I'm not 100% sure
The only way I can describe this pain is a cross between when you accidently poke your belly button to hard and you get that yuky feeling, someone pricking my pee hole with a pin and the sensations you get after urinating when you have a UTI.
Now I've been tested and I do not have a UTI so it's definitely not that. But the pain is coming on so quick and sharp I'm actually shouting out loud and I can't help it and its stopping me in my tracks. It's that painful.
I brought it up to my midwife but she just said "huh not heard that one before"... and left it at that.
I'm 29 weeks pregnant but this has been happening on and off since I was 19 weeks but progressively getting more frequent and more painful.
Has anyone else had this and is this normal?

Lightning crotch. Didn’t have it last pregnancy but it’s been going on now for weeks…particularly not fun at night. What a way to wake up! you have my sympathy!
