Urine incontinence in 2nd pregnancy?

I had DS in Aug 2019 and never suffered any kind of incontinence at all but now I am 21 weeks with my second pregnancy I noticed I have some kind of smell aroma 🤮 today I put a panty liner on and took it off just a wee while ago and it really smelled of Urine :(

So is this a thing when you become pregnant again? Is it because baby is pushing around on my bladder and it's not as strong as before?

I also am developing hemmorhoids this time around and because of those popping out I am constantly cleaning extra to stay clean and fresh.

Feel so down :(

It's rubbish isnt it? People don't talk about this stuff enough. Practise the heck out of your pelvic floor exercises which will help with both problems and make sure you keep drinking enough to avoid a uti and avoid constipation which makes it all worse.

Yes it's not talked about at all!

I do try and drink Alot but maybe I'm the hot weather I haven't been increasing the amount. Will continue with the exercised for sure!

Yeah…I had this with my first pregnancy from 14 weeks and this 2nd pregnancy even more so. I don’t let it get me down. It’s really common and for me it’s very hormone driven - starting at 14 weeks!! Some days are worse than others depending on how baby is lying. I just use the tena or always pantiliners when I’m out and about. It stopped instantly when my last baby was born. Worth doing your pelvic floor exercises though. It’s REALLY common so try not to feel embarrassed about it.

Thank you @Highlandmama I didn't realise how common it was.
I'm glad to hear yours cleared up after giving birth and hope it is the same for me. What I'm worried about is as we age, will it come back when things naturally head south?
