Hi ladies.
I'm 18 weeks and have a bump. It seems to of appeared out of nowhere 
Along with the bump, I've also go aches.
In my knees, hips, back etc.
I did yoga and the switch workouts before I was pregnant but morning sickness hit pretty early and only just started getting better.
My other 2 children have broke up from school for the summer so have 6 weeks off.
I know the lack of exercise (walking to and from school) will get to me so was wondering if there's any pregnancy yoga anyone can recommend? Or light workouts?
