Food poisoning

Hi,

So I’m probably overreacting but I’m terrified I’ll have given myself food poisoning. I always put my ham away in the fridge in sealed bags but this time I forgot to date it . I ate a ham wrap yesterday and after realised I didn’t use the ham I opened yesterday. I can’t remember the date of the pack I used!
I’ve felt nauseous since but that’s it.

I’ve read so much On food poisoning in pregnancy that I’m anxious.

Should I only be worried if I start getting food poisoning symptoms?
I’m 13+5 weeks pregnant.

Thanks

Hey I worried about this too, my partner made me a meal with mozzarella melted on top. It tasted funny, I checked the packaging, and it was more than a week out of date. I emailed the midwife and they said nothing can be done once you've eaten it, just watch out and if you get sick over the next few days, contact them.

If it's been stored in a sealed bag in the fridge, hopefully it'll be okay even if it is slightly out of date. Did it smell/taste bad? Ive just been upping my fluids and eating more fruit and veg
