Finding out pregnancy

Hey, I've just found out I'm pregnant, only 4 weeks and talked to the docs...... However Im 22 and have always wanted kids before the shock of it has hit and I don't know what's happening....

Any tips or tricks please?

I turned 24 this week and am 13 weeks pregnant with a planned one! Just take your time and make sure you're making the right choice, I had a termination at 21 as I was not in a position to cope at the time
