Telling Older Kids - Help!

I need help on how to tell my older kids (12 & 15) about my pregnancy.

The younger one will be over the moon but the older one may be quite upset/dejected as they have a half sister on their dads side and I get the feeling my daughter doesn’t feel integrated or supported with her hobbies/schoolwork in that household.

My husband and I take the kids on holidays, support kids in their hobbies and school work, take the kids on days out and have fun times. But as any teenagers are, they also lock themselves in their room on a daily basis.

I don’t know how to tell the kids and show them that we will be an inclusive household, they’ll still get the days out, support and love that they already get. I think my daughter will come round and she does love babies but it will be a big initial shock.

Any advice would be gratefully received
