Jumping at loud noises

Has anyone else experienced this, or am I imagining it?! - If there is a loud noise, I feel a jump in my belly as if the baby is startled. I wonder if I'm just feeling jumpier and over protective during my pregnancy, but even if I'm expecting the loud noise (because I can see the source and anticipate the sound) my belly does a somersault.
I'm only 17 weeks, so not used to feeling any movement yet, but wondered if this is a first sign. I won't be upset if you tell me I'm just imagining it 😁

Oh yes right up until birth, my baby used to jolt when a door was slammed or a dropped something loud. He is a very sensitive child now who hates loud noises and is still quite jumpy!

Yep! My daughter would jump every time I did the dishes 😂 she’s still quite jumpy now x
