Hello.

To make a claim for maternity allowance -do I need to send the payslips for the last 26 weeks?

Thanks!

You need to send your best 13 weeks of payslips. They don't need to be consecutive weeks. So if you have 3 weeks earning £200, 4 weeks earning £150, 10 weeks earning £250 and so on, you could send the first 3 weeks, skip the 4 weeks with the lower earnings, and send the last 10 weeks.
