Struggling to conceive #4

Hi all,
I got pregnant within the first 3 months of ttc with my first 3.

We have been ttc #4 since December with no luck. We are using ovulation tests and that's not helping much.

When should we become concerned?

NHS recommend visiting GP after six months if you're over 35. A year otherwise.
