30wks and cleaning!

Hi all...
I'm just curious to know what household chores do you still do and are safe to do? I'm 30wks and up to now have felt fine and kept on top of the house cleaning. I dread the thought of doing it and get tired more easily but still having to do it. I've just read an article saying chores that pregnant women should not be doing and one of them was 'general cleaning' and mentioned cleaning the bathroom, to avoid doing that. Just curious to know what other pregnant women at my stage or later are doing and how often?

I still do all my chores, I'm 30 weeks 🤷🏼‍♀️.
I'm just mindful of strong cleaning products and make sure I open windows.
My partner works full time out of the house and I work from home so much easier for me to do them.
He helps out but I still do the majority of them and probably will continue to do so

I've got three children, was doing all usual chores including cleaning, gardening and mucking out stables until day dc were born. Only thing I did different was gloves when changing cat litter trays.
I've never heard anything to say pregnant women shouldn't clean.

I’m 31 and still do all my chores. Having lost my premature son in previous pregnancy and having had a stitch in this pregnancy due to cervix shortening and the risk of premature birth I did have a cleaner until 26 weeks but clean the bathroom, kitchen and am now doing general prep of baby starting with deep cleaning the house.

It is tiring but I tend to do my chores when I am not tired and can have a lay down for an hour or two afterwards. Also I haven’t been able to exercise much in this pregnancy due to complications so I am enjoying moving my body and trying to keeping in shape for birth.

If you are really struggling could you perhaps clean in stages, ask for help/get a cleaner?

Should say 31 weeks!

I’m 35 weeks and still doing everything… didn’t even give it a second thought! I’m always cautious anyway x

I'm not struggling as such was just curious to know. I'm a FTM and that article popped up on my Facebook newsfeed so I read it and thought 'should I not be cleaning my bathroom then?' 🤔

37 weeks and still doing all the chores. I find it a good way to keep active.

Anything requiring bending was getting a bit troublesome for me towards the 32 week mark so I used to got DH to empty the washing machine, carry the laundry basket, put duvet covers on after washing sheets etc...and I definitely didn't fit in front of the sink so the dishes were mainly on him too. He does bathroom / toilets anyway so I didn't have to bother with that but I do remember hoovering the entire house and cleaning the windows the day before DS arrived. Nesting? 😅
