Pregnancy after COVID

So, I’m wondering if there’s any other pregnant ladies here who have suffered from COVID in very early pregnancy/ just before conceiving.
I was knocked on my arse for a week when I got COVID, unknowingly about 10 days after conception. I’m now 7w +4, and struggling hugely with nausea but the worst Symptom is pure exhaustion. I’m could do nothing but lie in bed all weekend and I feel so pathetic. Luckily DH is great with our other 2 (aged 4.5 and 2), but I’m feeling so guilty that I’m not pulling my weight. My 1st two pregnancies were straight forward- nauseas and tiredness but nothing like this time. I’m sure the heat isn’t helping, but I’m shuffling about like an 80 year old, short of breath and panting.

Am I alone?!
