I'm 21 + 5
I haven't felt baby move yet, I'm having recurring UTIs but no other symptoms
I had a 20 week scan and all was well

But all I can think about is that I'm sure there is something wrong with my baby or even thinking she's died

Its so hard to feel reassured at all

I have another scan in 10 days but feel like thats forever away

Just can't believe that all will be well

Just venting really

Could you call the maternity unit and explain your concerns they may be able to call you in sooner for reassurance

I’m 24+6 OP. My anxiety has become all consuming! Your post reminded me of how I’ve been feeling.

I went to the maternity assessment unit last night as I got myself into a right state - they listened in and found her heartbeat. I’ve felt a lot calmer today. Maybe you could ask for a little monitoring? Stress isn’t good for you so I think that maybe it would be the best thing for you to do.

FWIW, I didn’t feel very much until just after the 20 week scan :-)

Although not always recommended, I got a home Doppler and found it really helped with my anxiety. I learnt how to tell the heartbeat vs fluid etc

If you can afford it, book a private scan. Baby will move soon - may have already! It's a very subtle feeling at first like a dart bubbling inside. Private scans are around £50/£60 and really worth it
