Hi girls, today I m 14DPO.
On my 12dpo I started to have pink spotting on the panties. 13 dpo same thing light spotting on the panties and some blood on the toilet paper. The colour is brown. And today which is 14DPO it's the same thing.
I have cramps all the way along since a week ago but no other early pregnancy symptoms.

To ovulate I take Letrozol due to the PCOs.
And now I have a dilemma. I took a test this morning with digital clear blue and it says "not pregnant". So I assume what I have it's period and I started to take the Letrizol for starting the new fertility cycle.
But then I Googled and it says that if pregnant and take Letrozol it causes anomaly to the baby and also risk of miscarriage. I m so confused a d worry.

Did any of you mistaken the implantation bleeding with the period? It's easy to confuse them?
Did any of you was on Letrozol or similar and took it while having implantation bleeding? Was the baby ok?

Please share your thoughts and experiences with me. I m getting worried if I should continue with Letrizol or not.

I’m not a huge expert on the area but I know the CB digital aren’t as sensitive as some other brands so may not pick up early pregnancy. I’d hold off taking the meds at the moment until you know for sure, just to be on the safe side. Speak with your GP as soon as you can. Hope everything works out okay x

If you are sure you are 14dpo then take a more sensitive test tomorrow morning first thing (a FRER would be a good one). If thats negative then wait on your period starting properly and start your medication

Hi, I mistook implantation bleeding for the start of my period. It was brown discharge (not as dark as usual though) and thought it was my period starting however it stopped after a day. I waited 3 days then took a pregnancy test as I read it can take a few days after implantation to have a surge for an early pregnancy test.
