Is my next mw appointment not until 28 weeks?

My mw has my notes and I thought it was 25 weeks for my next check but am not 100% sure.

4th baby, no concerns. Is it 25 weeks or later?

I think there's only a 25 week appointment for first pregnancies, yes.

3rd baby but I’m getting a 26 week appointment (haven’t seen her since 16 weeks though)

I think standard for second+ pregnancies is 16 week appointment, 20 week anomaly scan and then 28 week appt. I had my last midwife appt at 15 weeks and will be having my next one at 29 weeks, roughly following that timeline. This is my second pregnancy and no complications.

I'm on my 4th and my next is 28 weeks, she said as I'm low risk and its not my first.
