Shoulder pain

I wonder if anyone else has had a positive outcome with something similar. For the past few weeks I've been having problems with numbness and pain in my right shoulder and thumb to the point it can be a struggle to grip objects.
I thought it was the return of the carpal tunnel from the last pregnancy but when I spoke to the physio she said it wasn't that and seemed a bit concerned so she booked me in for a face to face appointment.
I've been googling way too much so now I realise I have a few indicators of pre-eclampsia. There was protein in my urine at my 16 week appointment and my sickness has returned too.
I'm not sleeping on it and with my left hand being my strongest I don't tend to over use my right side anyway. Anyone else know what it could be?

You need to call triage and speak to a midwife, just to rule PE out.
