30 weeks pregnant and feel depressed

I feel so down today. I can't shake it. I just feel like crying. I don't know why I suddenly feel like this either it's really intense. Never had this in my first pregnancy.

Is it just today or has it been going on a while? Depression in pregnancy is more common than PND.
