Headache and thumping heart

Hi all

22+4 weeks with a LG.

Felt a little under the weather today, had some dinner and I have suddenly started with a headache, little bit dizzy and pounding heart --
Anyone had anything like this?

get to a and e could be pre eclampsia can come on suddenly

Hey, hope you're ok. Ring the maternity dept in hospital or go to A&E

And get your iron levels checked.
