Reduced movements 21+4 days

Hi I am 21 weeks pregnant and haven’t felt the baby move much these past couple of days. I know they don’t develop a pattern until much later on but I really felt like she’d got into a pattern. I thought they were supposed to speed up not slow down 😞 anyone else experienced this? I can feel movements but few and far between.

Yes, that is a stage where movements come and go a lot! Some days are busy and some very light. The baby is still small and can hide. I panicked after not feeling the baby for about 10h and went in for a check around that stage but all was fine.
I’m 25 weeks now and kicks are stronger in general but there are still periods of several hours where I feel nothing!

At that stage in pregnancy only a small shift in position will completely change how much you feel her movements - I had twins and didn't feel regular movements day in day out until past 24-26 weeks and that last with 2 in there
I wouldn't worry too much at this stage - not until 28 weeks really x
