Questions about 12 weeks

Today I'm 12 weeks pregnant ! So full 3 months ! So happy to be in the safe zone ❤️ does it mean from tomorrow I'll be in my fourth month? I heard that after 12 week mark starts the second trimester. I have my next app in two weeks and I'm so excited 🥰

If you're 12 weeks you arent quite 3 months as there are more than 28 days in most months. You start the 2nd trimester but are just under 3 months pregnant

I count each month as my due date in that month IYSWIM, so my due date is 1st September so I will be 8 months on the 1st August?

Your 2nd trimester technically starts at 13 weeks. Look at the NHS website for info. www.nhs.uk/pregnancy/
