Weird taste/aftertaste

Anyone else got a constant horrible off / stale taste? Any tips for getting rid of it? 🙈

Ugh! Yes! I chew gum but it doesn’t last long enough. I can only eat certain foods at the mo but even then the after taste 🤢 I do swig gaviscon which helps a bit but still comes back! X
