Successful pregnancy after bleed

I had a period like bleed at 4.5weeks, two day before I got a 1-2weeks pregnant. I expected the lost and excepted a another loss first one was at 16weeks.

I stopped bleeding on Saturday, took a frer today, pregnant - last 48 hours I've felt really nauseous and having a tightening pain in my lower abdomen.

Any hope?

Yes great hope. I had this with DD1 who is now 19 year old.
Of course it depends on the volume of the bleed - I trundled along to our EPU expecting the worst and there was her little heart beating away. It might be worth you doing the same.

My first pregnancy I had at least 1 bleed a week for the first 6 months. Incredibly stressful, but DD is 8 now. Second pregnancy the same and had a loss at 8 weeks. But there's definitely hope.
My local early pregnancy unit scanned me at 7 weeks in both pregnancies. That's when they can hopefully see the heartbeat.
