Has anyone had a BFP with any of these symptoms i'm currently 9dpo and i've tested a few times , i know it's very early but ive never had these symptoms before.

The symptoms started around 4dpo
with little twinges, pinching, pulling feeling in my right side. They lasted for around 3 days
i've had a few little headaches but i get them sometimes anyway.
ive been quite gassy, than i ever have been. and stomach gurgling
i've been having hot flushes and going really hot and sweaty even after not doing anything. since 7dpo
i've had creamy slippy CM that started 5-6dpo.
