I'm 27 weeks and sleep seems to have become a thing of the past.It doesn't seem to matter how many pillows I use, I just can't seem to get comfy.Getting pissed off with it now cos I feel exhausted. Only managing about 3hrs sleep per day. Normally in the afternoon when I pass out on the sofa. Any tips on sending me off to the land of nod ladies?

well it is because your body is running the metabolism on high rather than sleep mode all the time.

I used to get up in the night and have an apple and a yoghurt adn watch a film.

you have my sympathy!

try to cut out naps i know its hard but then you will sleep better at night

I'm thinking of buying one of those pregnancy pillows to help coz I'm sleepless too. I try to think of random things like Christmas presents I could do with, or the first week after the baby's born, or even lists of things, and then I end up nodding off sometimes.

Buy some lavendar oil - you can get a roller ball one from Tesco made by Tisserand. Roll a wee bit on your pillow at night time and it should help you relax and send you off to the land of nod.

I swear by it as does my husband.
