Just thought I’d post this in case anyone is looking for a good pregnancy/childbirth guide, this one by Milli Hill is really good and is currently on offer, not sure how long for though.

I loved her positive birth book. It covered loads of stuff I didn’t come across anywhere else, in particular about informed consent and how to advocate for yourself. Really recommend it to anyone who’s pregnant. It’s really accessible and easy to read, you can dip in and out of it.

The positive birth book is brilliant. It was so helpful when I recently gave birth. I used many of the strategies and they really helped.

Oh cool thank you! I bought give birth like a feminist but had to stop reading it as it just keeps talking about trauma and adverse outcomes which is not what I want to read when pregnant. The other one might be more useful though I am a bit suspicious it might be too basic as a third timer! But for 99p it sounds worth a go.

(if anyone has read the feminist one and knows if it has any actual birth advice that would be great, as I'll skip ahead to that chapter and read the rest later.)
