Pain in belly 16 weeks

Hi I'm 16weeks today I've been having bad pain above my knickers to under my breasts is it normal had it all day and all yesterday didn't get much sleep is it just everything squeezing up ?

What sort of pains? Sharp, twangy ones?
Dull ache?

@SW1amp idk how to describe it it's like someone's squeezing them and there slowly better then the squeezing happens again and all over belly just aches sorry I'm not good with describing

I had this at one point, my midwife said it sounded like everything stretching and moving, but said if it didn’t ease with paracetamol to seek further help.

Give your midwife a ring just in case x
