Have you gotten the covid jabs?

I would speak to your midwife to let them know and to see what advice they have. If you don’t become very unwell it’s unlikely to have any ill effect on the baby. If you have a fever the research shows it’s best to take paracetamol to keep it down. There is some research however showing that pregnant women who had covid in pregnancy were at increased risk of blood clots and impaired blood flow to the placenta, so I would think your hospital will want to check that as your pregnancy progresses. If you’re 16 weeks now then you’ll be cleared of the virus for your 20 week scan so I would definitely ensure they’re aware that you recently had covid so they can be checking the blood flow carefully. The other thing to remember is that covid can increase the risk of you getting a blood clot (which you have an elevated risk of in pregnancy anyway), so if you’re not feeling unwell then I would definitely stay active while you have the virus (e.g. walking around) to reduce that risk as much as you can. Hope you continue to stay symptom free and good luck with the pregnancy!
