Conceiving whilst breastfeeding

Has anyone managed to conceive whilst breastfeeding, before your period has returned?

I'm 10 months into feeding twins and we would love another baby but unsure if it's going to be difficult as my periods havnt returned yet.

Also, anyone in a similar situation, have you managed to breastfeed three at the same time?

I'm 100% not ready to stop feeding the twins so that wouldn't be an option.

I fell pregnant accidentally when my son was 10 months and still breastfeeding so it’s possible. It did make dating the pregnancy tricky. Also he did refuse to feed for a while once I got to about 3-4 months pregnant as I think the milk changed but we preserved and I did tandem feed him & his sister for about 6 months.
