My only symptoms are : tired and really bad dreams ! Anyone else like me without symptoms?

I'm 6 weeks, my previous 2 pregnancies I had the worst morning sickness, horrific heartburn etc, however I'm the same. No sickness, just absolutely exhausted! It's a worry, but I'm trying to think positive x

I'm 7+4 and I have barely any symptoms!

I had an early miscarriage early this year where I had INTENSE symptoms but this time I've only got sore boobs, constant hunger, constipation and bloating.

No sickness, food aversions or nausea which has been freaking me out!

Symptoms don’t mean anything. My midwife explained to me that some people are really lucky and don’t have any, some have symptoms come and go and some feel like death constantly. They don’t indicate the “health” of the pregnancy at all. Enjoy the pregnancy day by day and don’t deny yourself the excitement x
