Constant one sided cramp

So I’m 6+2 and for the past couple of days I’ve had this dull sort of cramp on my right side which is constant. Basically I have 24/7 nausea and boobs are really sore still and I’ve been having cramps on and off on my right side that just comes and goes but now this cramp doesn’t seem to be going like it’s just there. It’s not severe or anything and I’m not bleeding but it’s just noticeable and it’s making me a little concerned. It’s worrying me because even tho I want to believe it’s ligament pain like uterus stretching etc I can’t help but think about it being ectopic as well. It’s really frustrating as how would you know? Ectopic is pretty much the same symptoms as normal pregnancy ones so it’s really worrying me. Even tho I’m worried I don’t want to waste doctors time for just cramping. I thought I’d come here and get some opinions, advice or knowledge first. TIA

I had a right sided cramp that turned out to be a UTI, I had no other symptoms. If you're concerned then don't worry about wasting the doctors time and do get your urine checked while your there just in case!

I would go straight to EPU or A&E just to get it checked. It's probably nothing, but you need to check it's not ectopic.

I would definitely get it checked just to be safe- they will not think you’re wasting their time! I had bad cramping recently (middle of abdomen) and even though I had no other symptoms they got me straight in to check and I felt so much better after knowing everything was ok. Definitely call your doctor- peace of mind is worth it!
