Contractions but not dilating/1cm

I have been admitted due to contractions being picked up on ctg three days ago... been transferred to another hospital because the neonatal at mine had no spaces!

I am 33 weeks 5 days- had my son at 29 weeks 9 years ago now. Also had a positive fibronectin and threatened labour at 29 weeks with this pregnancy too!

Anyway, each day I'm having more and more contractions that are frequent and regular in timings. They aren't really painful but can get painful.

I have attached latest ctg.

My cervix changed to 1cm yesterday and is about 1cm long too. They said they could feel a foot when checking!! They are worried as she is kicking cervix that waters may break.

No change today.

I'm not allowed to go home due to preterm and also she's footling breech!

She's on the 97th percentile which is great if she is born early.

Has anyone experienced this before? Could this still be early/pre labour? They have said they aren't braxton hicks as too regular...

Maybe body preparing?

Have they done another fetal fibronectin test?

squishyegg · 09/07/2021 16:41

How're things OP?

squishyegg · 10/07/2021 09:25

Yesterday I had three loose bowel movements which is unlike me and very gassy...

Went to bed and had tightenings which turned into bad period cramps that kept me up most the night.

On monitor now and having painful contractions. They need to come examine me this morning.... I don't think I've dilated though.

Only other change is I have yellow stains in my pad this morning
