Bloody show & braxton hicks

I lost my bloody show at the weekend and have had constant braxton hicks since.
My issue is I can’t really feel baby move much because of the tightenings and when I called triage about it they said unless I couldn’t breathe through the tightenings they didn’t need to check it out.
No idea how I’m supposed to monitor movements and don’t feel comfortable going back to triage for advice, should I contact the community midwife?

Any reduced movements you need to go triage immediately. Insist on being monitored and examined!

I went on Sunday and Monday for reduced movements and the heart rate was dipping until I had an hour drip on Sunday and spiking on Monday but they weren’t concerned and sent me home. Then I called triage Wednesday night and they basically said unless I couldn’t breathe through them they wouldn’t see me.
Yesterday my hicks were every 3 minutes for like 8 hours before they calmed down and I could feel baby move again around bedtime.
It seems like she is moving I just can’t feel it through the tightenings which is why I’m so confused
