Heavy bleeding, 12 weeks pregnant - am I having a miscarriage?

Has anyone experienced bleeding at around 12 weeks and had a positive outcome? I had some spotting last week for 2 days and then nothing until yesterday where I had some brown discharge - today that brown discharge has turnt more red and become heavier as the night has progressed. I have a scan booked for tomorrow but fearing the worst. Not sure I'll sleep tonight! Called the EPU but they said they can't do anything for me and to wait until tomorrows scan.

There's nothing you can do so try to relax. If you're not passing clots then it's not necessarily anything to worry about. If it gets extremely heavy head to A&E otherwise try to get some rest.
When I was 12 weeks I told my parents the good news and then came home and was violently sick which caused a flood of bleeding but no clots. I ended up in A&E as I was stressed, but all was fine at the time.
