Huge and heavy bump, anyone tried belly support bands?

As the title is really, anyone tried a belly support band to help take some of the pressure of bump
Off? I’m 30 weeks with third baby and my bump is massive this time, feels really heavy and puts a lot of pressure on my cervix and bladder. I was wondering if I should get a support band and if so which one do you recommend ?

Following with interest!

I just bought a Hivool Support Belly Band from Amazon but now I've realised I need more of a posture one I think so will have to keep shopping
The one I got is breathable and gives support to the lower belly but I didn't find it strong enough to hold the bump. It is great for some padding when lying on your side though!

You could also try kinesiology tape to hold it up and relieve the pressure.

I bought a cheapie one from Amazon and found it did help, but by basically pushing the baby upwards it made my heartburn unbearable so I gave it up after a few days - decided I'd rather have the pain down below! However, I found hip exercises really helpful. Gentle stretching and bending of legs to strengthen the support system down there.

I had a Belly Bra. Sort of like a swimming costume without the gusset. Awful name (and apologies for the use of the word "gusset) but made me feel much more comfortable.

Exercise to keep the muscles strong does a better job. My bump is very big and I can still do deadlifts, down to 64% of pre-pregnancy strength at 34wk though. Never used support bands for my other pregnancies either (inc huge twins).

Like a pp said, pain down low is better than horrendous heartburn for me.
