Hi everyone, I am currently 11 weeks pregnant and have been dealing with itchy boobs for quite a few weeks now. It has caused eczema on my nipple for which I've been prescribed 2 steroid creams for, still no relief or improvement unfortunately. I'm not sleeping well at night because it feels so sensitive each time my boobs brush against the material of my t shirt, I tried a night bra but it made the itching worse! I apply aqueous cream every night but it lasts about 15 minutes for me. I wondered if anyone had any remedies they have tried and tested? Is there a company I can try with getting a cotton night bra instead as the one I got is quite a synthetic lycra material? Any advice greatly appreciated as I am a bit concerned as the doctor warned the itching may be an ongoing thing until giving birth!

Thank you in advance :)

Stop using aqueous cream!

Aqueous cream is no longer recommended either as a leave-on emollient or as a soap substitute. In addition to being a poor moisturiser it contains the ingredient sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS), which can irritate the skin and make eczema worse

Try Aveeno

I used oilatum moisturising bar soap, can't remember the exact name but it was great relief.
