Baby causing me pain. Low right side

I'm just over 20 weeks and my little wriggler has been causing me a lot of pain all day on and off.
It's REALLY low on my right side- kind of feels like he's jammed a foot down and it causes me to hunch over in pain as I can't walk or stand up straight when he does it

At my scan today the sonographer said he has his feet that end
And he was really low during my scan so she tipped me back so my head was Lowe than my feet and that worked to move him for a little while.

Besides going upside down (not good when you have HG)
Any ideas on how to stop the pain?

Thanks!

Hmmm, I don't know, OP. I've not heard of a baby's movements causing pain. What if it's not the baby...your appendix is on the right side. Phone 111.

right sided pain can also be a symptom of pre-eclampsia so it might be worth a chat with 111 just in case

Okay thank you. I'll try contact my midwife and see what she says. I was only in A&E a couple of days ago ugggghhhh
I am now having pain on the left side rather than the right 🙄

Thanks for replying

My baby does this and will move if I kind of tap of jiggle the area. But do get the pain checked out though
