Could I be pregnant again 4 weeks after miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage 4 weeks ago when I was 6 weeks pregnant. I was told to test every few days to check it was negative and after 5 days I was negative so feel like HCG levels lowered. I dis an ovulation test because I wanted to track and it showed peak day on a Friday and I had sex 3 days before. So I know it is obviously possible to be pregnant again. I tested today and there was a very faint line which I'm not sure whether to trust. I'm feeling so nervous about being pregnant again so soon after miscarriage

You absolutely can. I also had a miscarriage at 6 weeks and then immediately became pregnant again with my DD, miscarried in February and she was born in November

Yes, my friend had a scan to confirm miscarriage had completed and 8.5 months later gave birth.

I hope this pregnancy goes well for you 💐

That's reassuring to hear of healthy pregnancies straight after. Been feeling scared because it's so soon after
