24 weeks lower back pain

I had awful back pain in my last pregnancy but that was about 6 weeks before my baby was due so it was manageable. This time around I have such painful lower back pain again and I'm only 24 weeks pregnant! I understand you have more hormones the second time around and everything relaxes (muscles etc) earlier plus I have a two stone 16 month old to pick up and run about after so my body is generally having a tougher time. I have been to see the physio, been given exercises and a heel raise. I am also going to see an osteopath on Monday. I am limping every step I take and am in a lot of pain. Any suggestions of things that may ease this? I'm aware that I still have 4 months to go and it's such a long time to have this discomfort and lack of ability to walk properly.

A support belt, and the osteopath will help, might tell you to get a deep tissue massage which also helps. Paracetamol, swimming, yoga.
